The TGS Baltic team successfully defended interests of one of the major financial institutions of Lithuania in the case started by former employee regarding settlement after dismissal. The amount claimed by the employee was over EUR 215 000.
More10 former employees of Ryanair were unlawfully dismissed. The employer, in the course of transfer of a part of the business, did not offer the employees the same employment conditions with the new employer (the business assignee), but decided to dismiss employees due to excessive work functions. Employees, as flight attendants, were not given extended annual leave while working for Ryanair, either.

In 2001, the Alytus City Municipality and company controlled by it UAB Alytaus šilumos tinklai leased the heat production infrastructure of Alytus city to UAB Litesko for a period of 15 years and assigned the heat and hot water supply activity in the respective territory to the lessee. In 2005, the parties agreed to extend the lease agreements for ten years, i.e. for the period until 2026. In 2007, the parties agreed on additional investments into a biofuel plant.
