Unique technology mastered by Brolis Semiconductors led to a breakthrough in the development of world-record long-wavelength mid-infrared semiconductor and quantum cascade lasers of unique specifications. The company plans to further improve this technology to make it reproducible and reliable for application to the commercial market. Brolis Semiconductors has already attracted the attention of several high-tech companies from the U.S. and the EU, which have expressed serious intentions to buy their products. The company is seen as an example of the realization of Lithuania's scientific potential.
