20.05.2022 TGS Baltic advised Civinity on the acquisition of the Inservis Group  

We have assisted the Civinity group of companies in acquiring 100% of shares in Inservis, Priemiestis, Jurita, and SIA Inservis from the assets management group, Invaldos INVL, and ensuring financing from Luminor for the transaction.

The value of the transaction which has been closed today is EUR 7.231 million. After the transaction, the floor space of the buildings maintained by Civinity in the city of Vilnius will increase even by 50 percent.

The transaction was arranged and executed by Partners Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė, Žygimantas Stankevičius, Senior Associate Sebastian Okinczyc, and Associate Paulius Dabulskis.

    Varahalduse Kinnisvarainvesteering 004 OÜ, which belongs to LHV Varahaldus AS, entered into a contract with OÜ Sõpruse 157 to acquire the registered immovable located at Sõpruse pst 157. The owner of Varahalduse Kinnisvarainvesteering 004 OÜ is LHV Group, which is listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange, through LHV Varahaldus.
