The subscribed bods were admitted to trading on the Luxembourg stock exchange and on Nasdaq Vilnius. Investors from the Baltic region acquired about 24 % of the issue.
The bonds will pay 2.000% annual interest and were subscribed at 2.148% yield.
Banking groups BNP Paribas, Citi, J.P. Morgan and Luminor bank acted as the intermediaries in offering of the issue. In addition to TGS Baltic, in this transaction Ignitis group was also represented by international law firm Dentons UK and Middle East LLP.
TGS Baltic – partners Vidmantas Drizga and Robertas Degesys, associate partner Mantas Gofmanas, senior associate Augustinas Razumas and legal assistant Kotryna Visockytė – were advisors to the company in this process regarding the issues of Lithuanian law, who assisted in preparation of the base prospectus of the program and other documents related to the project, as well as represented the company in Nasdaq Vilnius on admission of the bonds to trading on this regulated market.
