We are pleased to have advised the largest retail group in the Baltics Maxima Group on transforming the structure of the group.

Lincoln Land Erste B.V., a group company based in the Netherlands, was merged with Maxima LT. Maxima Group (67% of shares) and Maxima LT (33% of shares) now hold retail companies of the group in Latvia and Estonia, whereas in Poland and Bulgaria Maxima Group owns 100% of shares in the retail companies.

All real estate of the group is held by relevant retail companies in their countries of operation through special purpose real estate companies.

Our team led by partners Agnius Pilipavičius and Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė, associate partner Mantas Gofmanas, senior associate Indrė Vickaitė-Liatukė and legal assistant Kotryna Visockytė assisted the client on all legal issues related to the project.
