TGS Baltic advised the shareholders of Mailigen SIA and a private equity fund FlyCap on sale of email marketing automation platform company Mailigen SIA to international customer relationship management systems company Pipedrive Ireland Limited.
After acquisition, the team of Mailigen SIA will join the Pipedrive international team of IT engineers in order to develop a customer relationship management tool currently used by more than 95,000 companies worldwide.
After acquisition and Mailigen SIA team joining the Pipedrive local office, Riga, the capital of Latvia, has become one of the Pipedrive development centres. Other offices of Pipedrive are located in Florida, New York, London, Prague, Dublin, Lisbon, Tallinn, and Tartu. All Mailigen team members will become part of Pipedrive global team of more than 700 people, representing more than 48 nationalities.
