TGS Baltic successfully advised Saugos investicijų biuras (SIB) on receiving a merger clearance from the Competition Council regarding the acquisition of 3 security companies - Akonkagva, Eigeris and Loganas – all owned by Maxima LT, the largest retail group in the Baltics.

SIB, currently controlling several companies in private security, law and financial sectors in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland, will indirectly acquire Akonkagva and Eigeris through its portfolio company Eurocash1, while Loganas will be acquired through Ekskomisarų biuras.

TGS Baltic team assisting SIB throughout all the process consisted of partner and Head of EU, Competition & Regulatory specialisation group Dr. Lauras Butkevičius, associate Edvinas Einoris and junior associate Mykolas Tamulionis.
