We are pleased to have advised LastMile shareholders on the sale of the online retailer-startup LastMile to Iki, one of the largest retail companies in Lithuania.

Palink, the operator of Iki, and Greituolis, which controls the LastMile platform, have signed a share purchase agreement. According to it, Iki intends to acquire 67 % of Greituolis shares after receiving the permission of the Competition Council.

Through this acquisition, LastMile will become a part of the Germany-based, EUR 75 billion revenue-generating REWE Group and will be able to expand across Europe.

The client was advised by partners Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė, Vidmantas Drizga and associate Julija Skardžiūtė.
