Lithuania had previously issued issues of the same duration in 2017, 2019 and 2020; then their annual interest rates amounted to 2.1%, 1.625% and 0.5%, respectively.
The issued bonds will soon be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan banks were underwriting agents. In addition to TGS Baltic, the state was also represented by the international law firm Dentons UK and Middle East LLP.
TGS Baltic Partners Vidmantas Drizga, Robertas Degesys, Associate Partner Mantas Gofmanas, Senior Associates Karolina Lapinskaitė and Tadas Varapnickas were advisors to the Ministry of Finance on issues of Lithuanian law, who helped to prepare the offering documentation under the program and other documents related to the project.
