TGS Baltic advised Viada LT in making the issue of bonds for over EUR 1 million. The subscribed bonds are soon to be admitted to trading on the alternative stock exchange First North.

TGS Baltic team – Partner Vidmantas Drizga, Associate Partner Mantas Gofmanas and Junior Associate Kotryna Visockytė – were advisors to the company in this process on issues of Lithuanian law and structured the transaction, drafted the information document, corporate and other documents of the company in connection with the project, represented the company in Nasdaq CSD in registration of the bonds, also in Nasdaq Vilnius in admission of the bonds to trading on the alternative stock exchange. In the process of offering of the bond issue, the company’s intermediary was financial brokerage company Orion Securities.

Viada LT, controlling the biggest chain of gas stations in Lithuania, commenced its activities in 1996 and is one of the oldest Lithuanian-capital gas station chains in Lithuania. Currently, the company holds 124 gas stations in the country and through its subsidiary also 75 gas stations in Latvia, it carries out both retail and wholesale trade in motor fuels. The company is on the list of 500 biggest and most capable companies in the Central and Eastern Europe (position 328), which is compiled by business risk management company Coface.
