IFLR1000 (International Financial Law Review) is the guide of world’s leading financial law firms. The guide analysis and ranks more than 120 jurisdictions in the world.

TGS Baltic Latvia is indicated in the newest IFLR edition as a notable firm. “Name partner Ivars Grunte leads regional firm TGS Baltic in Latvia. The firm welcomed onboard no less than four new partners in early 2012 in the forms of Andra Rubene, Inese Hazenfusa, Linda Strause and Agnese Hartpenga”.

Deals mentioned in the guide are in the area of corporate practice: “on the corporate front last year provided due diligence advice to the likes of Nordic Capital Fund V and Moller's Baltic real estate and auto arms on their respective potential acquisitions.
