On 12 May 2020, TGS Baltic assisted Latvian company SIA Tepix in concluding an agreement on the sale of SIA Tepix carpet rental business with SIA Lindstrom, a company in Latvia belonging to the European leading textile services group – Lindström Group. Since 1 July 2020, SIA Tepix carpet rental business has been taken over by SIA Lindstrom.
Carpet rental service provider SIA Tepix, which had gained the trust of customers with a flexible and customer-oriented approach, transferred its customers to SIA Lindstrom, which continued to serve the acquired customers from a new location – its new service centre equipped with modern equipment, maximum process automation.
TGS Baltic ensured representation of the interests of SIA Tepix by drafting of transaction documents, participating in transaction negotiations, concluding of the transaction, and ensuring its implementation.
