Funds raised will enable the next phase of ASG’s growth plan for passenger and cargo aviation services, maintenance and engineering, crew training, ground handling, and logistics. Additionally, it will be used for strategic acquisitions, capital expenditures and general corporate purposes.
Furthermore, the partnership will provide ASG access to Certares’ complementary expertise and industry network.
