21.06.2021 The Estonian Financial Supervision Authority granted a payment institution activity licence to Crowdestate

The activity licence grants Crowdestate the right to execute payment transactions, including transfer funds to a payment account opened with a payment service provider.

Crowdestate AS applied for the activity licence to be able to expand in the European Union and prepare for fulfilling the requirements of the regulation concerning crowdfunding service providers in the European Union.

Law firm TGS Baltic’s partner Kirsti Pent and senior associates Olger Kaelep and Elina Varendi advised Crowdestate AS upon applying for the activity licence.
