TGS Baltic team is continuously and extensively assisting AS TV Play Baltics (the biggest satellite TV service provider in the Baltic States) in interactions with regulatory authorities (mostly the Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission). The matters include discussions with the authorities on the nature of cross-border satellite TV services and regulation based on the EU legal framework.

TGS Baltic assists Bitė Lietuva in a dispute initiated by a virtual mobile network operator regarding allegedly incorrect application of the EU roaming legislation and calculation of roaming tariffs. The claimant alleges that it overpaid the roaming charges in the amount of approx. EUR 0.4 million.

TGS Baltic carried out a comprehensive assessment of GDPR compliance: reviewed and checked the business processes of the company, and drew up a particularly detailed report and an action plan. As the project progressed, detailed consultations relating to the implementation of the action plan and the drawing up and application of the required documents were provided. The implementation of the project required specific knowledge on the regulation of the provision of physical protection services.

TGS Baltic assisted MTG in launching innovative and modern video-on-demand service Viaplay. The launch was simultaneous in all the three Baltic States, a lot of coordination and team work was required in order to successfully meet the launch date and address all regulatory issues. It was the first of such type, subscription-based service in Lithuania, therefore a lot of issues had to be handled with regulatory authorities.

TGS Baltic advised INVL Technology, a company investing in information and communication technologies, on successfully completed public offering of shares with the total issue price of over EUR 10 million and admission thereof to trading on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.
