TGS Baltic acted as legal advisers of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF, Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd. and Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd. in submitting and implementing an official tender offer to buy up the remaining voting shares in AB Snaigė.

TGS Baltic counselled the intermediary Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A. and the adviser Rubicon Partners Dom Maklerski S.A. of the initial public offering of shares in AB Avia Solutions Group (hereinafter, the Company), in offering the newly issued shares of the Company to investors in Poland and admitting the Company’s shares to trading on the regulated market of Poland, i.e. the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
