      Successfully represented Clear Channel Latvia in complex dispute with municipality, municipality owned company and other market participants on placement of advertising objects. Advice included dispute settlement in several court cases, application on possible illegal state aid, foreign investment infringement procedure, as well as infringement procedure before the Competition Council.

      Provided legal advice to the state owned electric power trade company Latvenergo, as well as the Latvian transmission system owner Latvijas Elektriskie tīkli in relation to obtaining and utilizing the EU co-financing for various projects, representing also the client at the European Commission authorities.

      Advised KPMG Baltics, the insolvency administrator of Latvijas Krājbanka, on the general dispute resolution strategy and assisted in its implementation in the most complex debt and loss recovery cases focusing on correspondent banks located in Russia and Europe. The provided assistance involved also representation at the local and foreign civil courts, in criminal cases and international arbitration (total value of more than EUR 160 millions).
