For more than 10 years Aija’s main focus areas have been the real estate transactions, construction, administrative law, and procedure, as well as environmental law. Before joining TGS Baltic, Aija worked as a real estate and environment law expert for the largest mobile communications operator Latvijas Mobilais Telefons (LMT). She has unique experience in representing the clients’ interests in the real property field.

      Advised the Ministry of Economics on the acquisition of 18.31% of the shares of the natural gas transmission and storage system operator AS Conexus Baltic Grid by the Latvian electricity transmission system operator AS Augstsprieguma tīkls from the German energy company Uniper Ruhrgas International GmbH.
