Arina has a rare combination of knowledge and skills in business management, technology, and law. Her creative input has helped clients to design effective solutions to complex legal tasks and benefit from legal clarity in risk management and contract negotiations.  

    Prior to joining TGS Baltic Arina acquired legal work experience in a law firm and multidisciplinary work experience in international finance and transport companies.

    • Assisted data intensive company with implementation of General Data Protection Regulation

    • Co-authored pioneering research on legislation changes necessary for rollout of self-driving cars

    • Successfully represented the interests of SIA “DPD Latvija” and SIA “Omniva”

      Successfully represented the interests of SIA “DPD Latvija” and SIA “Omniva”, contributing to the legislation amendments introducing new electronic proof of transaction document — an electronically prepared receipt.
