    Dainius Stasiulis is Partner, advocate,  Head of Real Estate and Investments industry group at TGS Baltic, one of the largest law firms in the Baltic States.

    Dainius has considerable experience in advising local and international companies on all issues related to real estate and construction law, public-private partnership and representing clients in negotiations and disputes.

    Dainius has been practicing as a lawyer over 20 years, he also lectured in the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University for 22 years. Dainius was a member of working groups formed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania and other public authorities for drafting legislative amendments.

      Vilnius street lighting system renovation

      The Vilnius city municipality signed a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement for the modernization of the city’s street lighting. The principal investment was to comprise the replacement of existing street, pedestrian crossing and tunnel light fixtures with new light emitting diodes (LED) and the implementation of a new remote control and adjustment system.
