Indrė Vickaitė-Liatukė is Senior Associate at Law Firm TGS Baltic who joined the law firm in 2011. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions as well as in the commercial law area.
Indrė advises clients on corporate acquisition and sale transactions, drafts transaction documents and coordinates transaction processes. She also drafts documents related to the joint venture, shareholders relationship, securities accounting, company transformation and reorganization, and other issues. Indrė represents companies engaged in energy, information technology, trade, manufacture, pharmaceutical, transport, and other areas.
Indrė has gained significant experience in preparing a Study on Minority Shareholder Protection for the European Commission DG Justice and Consumers. During the preparation of the study, Indrė formed research directions of the study and carried out an analytical assessment of minority shareholders’ rights recognized by European Union Member States in legislation and in practice, focusing on economic rights of shareholders.
