    Kadriann Habakukk is specialised in judicial proceedings and civil dispute resolution. Her main fields of law are insolvency law, construction law and law of obligations.

    Kadriann Habakukk has experience in advising creditors, debtors and bankruptcy trustees during various stages of bankruptcy proceedings and in related litigation. Kadriann Habakukk has also gained experience in advising both creditors and debtors in reorganisation proceedings. She also provided consultation in one of the largest reorganisation matters in Estonia in relation to the restructuring of Koger Projektijuhtimise.

    Kadriann Habakukk is pursuing her doctor’s degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, specialising on the insolvency field.

    In addition to insolvency law, Kadriann Habakukk deals with matters concerning construction and real estate law. She has advised clients in connection with real estate transactions and has experience in representing construction and real estate market participants in matters concerning construction and planning and related litigation. In addition, Kadriann Habakukk has advised clients in litigation concerning neighbourhood rights. Prior to joining TGS Baltic, she worked as a lawyer at the Land Board, which made her proficient in different legal matters concerning real estate, plans and land.

    • Representing the bankruptcy trustee of Werol Tehased against major foodstuffs concern Pere

      Representing the bankruptcy trustee of the rapeseed processing plant Werol Tehased (bankrupt) against major foodstuffs concern Pere (bankrupt) in voluminous bankruptcy proceedings, including recovering assets that were groundlessly transferred to the parent company Pere.

    • Advising Koger & Partnerid in restructuring

      Advising Koger & Partnerid in the company's cross-border restructuring process, which ended with approval of the restructuring plan.

    • Advising Swedbank Investment Funds in demanding remuneration for bonds

      Advising and representing fund manager Swedbank Investment Funds before the court in demanding remuneration for bonds acquired through restructuring of the bond issue. The claim was issued during the bankruptcy proceedings of the bond owner.

    • Advising and representing real estate developers

      Advising and representing four real estate developers (Tulemüür, Koger Kodu, Arro Consulting and Melkostrex Invest) concerning a wide range of legal services including matters pertaining construction contracts, financing, applying for construction and occupancy permits, common ownership, mortgages etc.

    • Advising MaksiVara in the buy-out of Agenor’s bankruptcy estate

      Advising MaksiVara in the buy-out of a water and sewerage services provider Agenor’s bankruptcy estate, reorganising the company and selling it to Elveso, a local municipality water supply company.
