    Kaidi Tarros is a lawyer at TGS Baltic and a member of the regulatory working group. Kaidi has a long experience of working in the judicial system. She has previously been an advisor to the Administrative Board of the Supreme Court for ten years, specializing in various disputes related to local government activities. Kaidi has various experiences in, for example, planning and construction dispute resolution, social law, economic administration law and supervisory procedures. In addition to the Faculty of Law, Kaidi has also obtained a master's degree in the University of Tartu curriculum "Management of Change in Society".
