  • About

    Kaija is a member of the firm’s dispute resolution practice group. Kaija is mainly focused on resolving civil disputes both in court proceedings and out of court, among other things in the fields of insolvency, enforcement proceedings, and competition.

    Kaija holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Tartu and she has also studied at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She has been a member of the Estonian Law Students’ Association, promoting cooperation between law students and legal practitioners.

    Before joining the firm, Kaija worked as a lawyer in both the private and public sectors.

      Partner Chirag Mody and Associate Kaija Märtin Successfully Represented a Client at Court

      By its judgment of 26 June 2023, Harju County Court entirely dismissed the claim submitted against our client. The substance of the dispute was whether a professional business consultancy company had undertaken all activities foreseen in the agreement and was entitled for the payment.
