    Kaija holds a Master of Arts in Law degree from the University of Tartu, Estonia and has also studied at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. She has been a member of the student organisation Estonian Law Students Union (Eesti Õigusteaduse Üliõpilaste Liit) promoting cooperation between practising lawyers and law students.

    Prior to joining the firm Kaija worked as a lawyer in both private and public sector.
