Karina contributed to the drafting of the Lithuanian Law of UCI for Well-Informed Investors (similar to Luxembourg SIF concept) and transposing of the MiFID into the national legal acts. While working in Luxembourg, she set up alternative investment vehicles (SIFs, SICARs): PE, Real Estate, Art funds.

    Karina Andriukaitienė is an Associate Partner at TGS Baltic with more than 12 years of legal experience working with private equity and venture capital funds including other alternative investment vehicles.

    Before joining TGS Baltic, Karina spent many years working with investment funds in Luxembourg, including the largest private equity and venture capital funds in Lithuania and the Baltic States, structuring Luxembourg SIFs, SICARs and other types of investment undertakings.
