Liisa Levandi advises clients mainly on issues related to public procurement law and represents clients in procurement disputes. Liisa is also focused on personal data protection law.

    Liisa Levandi advises clients on all issues related to public procurement law. Liisa is experienced in solving various complicated issues related to public procurement, conducting legal analyses, advising on preparing and performing public contracts and representing clients in procurement disputes. She has also trained both tenderers and contracting entities in public procurement law. As one of the co-authors, Liisa has also contributed to the commented edition of the Estonian Public Procurement Act.

    Additionally, Liisa deals with personal data protection law. She has extensive experience in advising clients on issues related to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Liisa conducts compliance analyses regarding clients’ processes related to the processing of personal data, prepares necessary data protection documents, and advises clients on current issues related to the protection of personal data.

TGS Baltic advised the client during the entire transaction, from assisting the client during due diligence exercise until drafting, negotiating and closing of the transaction documents.
