Marijus has a successful track record in tax and legal services and business. He has a background in tax and corporate structuring, international taxation, M&A and private wealth management. Marijus’s projects have included structuring the largest Lithuanian private group of companies and advising on the divestment of a shareholding in one of Lithuania’s largest companies.

Marijus is an experienced CEO who for 9 years led companies in the retail, e-commerce, B2B sales and financial industries with a focus on growth and increased profitability. He has 14 years’ experience as a board member at companies based in Lithuania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Cyprus and the Netherlands.

    Marijus Kriščiūnas has extensive experience resolving tax matters in corporate acquisitions, mergers and sales, and in the retail and wholesale industry. He is proficient in private wealth structurings and group reorganisations as well as financing and real estate transactions. Marijus regularly advises inbound investors and major Lithuanian businesses on day-to-day tax issues.

    Projects he has advised include, among others, the structuring a retail group with turnover of EUR 3 billion, a spin-off of EUR 200 million of assets, and the acquisition of a company in Spain with more than EUR 400 million in revenue.

    As a CEO, Marijus led the quadrupling of a DIY retailer’s sales to over EUR 200 million. He has also headed a family office for high-net-worth individuals and a securities investment company.
