    Marius Brasiūnas is a partner and advocate at TGS Baltic, with over 18 years of legal work experience. He specializes in litigations, including shareholder disputes, disputes concerning the liability of the manager, board members, shareholders, compensation for damage, disputes over contracts, in public procurement relationship, etc.

    Marius has gained extensive experience in energy, commercial contracts, bankruptcy and restructuring, public procurement, and corporate law. He constantly improves his legal knowledge at various conferences and seminars organized in Lithuania and abroad. Marius has improved his management skills while working as the Head of Legal Department at AB ESO.
