      Advised the Scandinavian financial group Swedbank on the acquisition of Danske Bank personal banking business in Lithuania and Latvia and the transfer of its services to Swedbank.

    • Advised shareholders of Neptūno vandenys

      Advised shareholders of Neptūno vandenys, one of the major mineral water producers in Lithuania, on the sale of the business to Coca-Cola HBC, that is part of the Coca-Cola family.

    • Advised Lietuvos energija in acquiring Eurakras and Tuuleenergia

      Advised Lietuvos energija in acquiring Eurakras and Tuuleenergia managing wind farms in Lithuania and Estonia respectively. The value of the transactions was over EUR 28 million; this was the first investment of the State-owned company abroad.

    • Represented BaltCap Infrastructure Fund (BInF)

      Represented BaltCap Infrastructure Fund (BInF) that acquired a 100% stake in a biomass plant development company and signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Axis Technologies for further development of the 48MW biomass plant in Vilnius, near Gariūnai. EPC contract value: EUR 16 million.

    • Advised and represented Storebrand, a Norwegian financial services company

      Advised and represented Storebrand, a Norwegian financial services company managing more than NOK 620 billion in assets, on the sale of a Lithuanian subsidiary to Cognizant Worldwide Limited. Cognizant bought a 66% stake in the Lithuanian company from Storebrand in 2016, and the remaining 34% stake in 2018, becoming the sole shareholder in the company.
