    Meeli has practical knowledge in the fields of penal, administrative, and civil law has been obtained in the course of professional experience. 

    A profound interest in issues related to fundamental rights led to a Master’s thesis titled Processing of Data Collected During Surveillance Activities as Infringement of Right to Informational Self-Determination, which, in 2016, won the competition of the Ministry of Justice dedicated to research work in the field of private and public law and legislative drafting. Article Right to Informational Self-Determination and Surveillance Activity: The Right of a Person to Learn About the Surveillance Activities Carried out in Relation to them was published on the same topic in Juridica (2016/X).
