Mikk Lõhmus focuses on various dispute resolution matters. He mainly focuses on planning and construction law but has also dealt thoroughly with legal matters and court disputes concerning environmental law, waste management and the mining sector. In addition, Mikk Lõhmus has advised clients with regard to the privatisation of infrastructure enterprises and their transfer to foreign investors.
He has extensive experience in advising and representing the Republic of Estonia, local governments, legal and natural persons regarding the ownership reform, land reform and agricultural reform.
