    Nikita Divissenko specialises mainly in advising both local and international financial service providers in matters of compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML, advertising and consumer protection rules. He has wide experience in preparation of lease, loan and guarantee contracts and assists clients in communication with public authorities supervising Estonian financial sector.

    Nikita Divissenko is also a member of the firm's corporate law team advising clients on corporate and contractual issues. He has experience in drawing up shareholders' agreements and corporate documentation, whereas his competence also includes assisting with share and asset deals.
