    Rita Paukštė is an Associate Partner at TGS Baltic, she has extensive experience in antitrust litigation and investigations with a special focus on heavily regulated sectors such as aviation, energy, gambling and finance. Additionally, Rita often guides clients in preparation for dawn raids as well as manages their compliance checks and renewal of internal policies and business practices related to implementation and adherence of competition rules.

    Furthermore, Rita is a national case report contributor to Oxford Competition Law and recently became a country reporter of the European Competition Regulatory Law Review. She also actively comments on competition law issues at national mass media for general awareness of business on relevant risk management.
