    Robin Luts is a lawyer and member of the regulatory practice group at Law Firm TGS Baltic. He assists attorneys mainly in the field of competition law by advising them on matters related to both the dominant position and state aid. In addition, Robin is engaged in the energy sector by assisting attorneys in issues pertaining to electricity, renewable electricity, gas and water management undertakings.

    He also assists attorneys in judicial proceedings and matters related to the resolution of administrative disputes. Administrative disputes involve mainly proceedings related to the distortion of competition; however, Robin has advised attorneys on other fields of administrative law as well.

    Robin is pursuing a Master's level degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. Prior to joining TGS Baltic, Robin practiced in a law firm and notary's office and also in the judicial system. Together with his team, Robin came second in the Estonian Law Moot Court Competition. Robin is a member of the Estonian Law Students’ Association.

      Successfully represented AS Tartu Agro in Supreme Court

      TGS Baltic senior associates Triin Kaurov and Triinu Järviste represented AS Tartu Agro in the Estonian Supreme Court as a result of which, the Ministry of Rural Affairs must give out a legal opinion concerning the decision of the European Commission on unlawful state aid made against Tartu Agro. The team also included Mari-Liis Orav and Robin Luts.
