On 24 October 2012, TGS Baltic organised business breakfast for its clients on the subject “Individual activity or employment contracts – assessment of taxation risks”.

The purpose of the presentation was to discuss essential difference between individual activity and activity under an employment contract, most common mistakes, due to which individual activity may be recognised as labour relations by the tax administrator. The speakers presented information about main taxation risks related to purchase of services from individuals engaged in individual activity.
