Regulatory & Competition Competition

TGS Baltic's competition team “handles major domestic and international mandates and receives rave revues.”

We are passionate about what we do. We see competition law as an enabler rather than a restraint and do our best to make the law work in our clients’ favour.

We have represented clients before national competition and regulatory authorities and at national courts as well as at the European Commission and EU courts. Our team is very active in promoting compliance with competition rules and spreading knowledge about competition law – we conduct training on competition law and customer relations and also prepare compliance guidelines and do audits.

Our diverse client portfolio includes manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and others, from regulatory sectors including electronic communications, energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, food, consumer goods, and others.
