Regulatory & Competition Energy

TGS Baltic “is particularly sought after for its expertise in energy, infrastructure, and transportation projects.”

The biggest uncertainties in the energy sector relate to the changing environment. Renewable energy brings brand new legal challenges not only for businesses and institutions but also for lawyers. Our services take a fresh legal approach to dealing with the ongoing transformation of the energy sector.

The Baltic states are constantly looking for new ways to integrate their energy networks with the European networks, create alternative energy supplies and increase focus on renewables. We are proud to be a part of all these strategic projects.

Our Baltic energy practice offers full legal support in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and regulatory matters. The team has worked on nearly all major energy projects in the region.

We work with investors, governments, regulators and a diverse mix of market players. We are also proud to have a particular focus on renewable energy sources, the importance of which has increased due to international commitments by the Baltic countries and government subsidies.
