Regulatory & Competition Intellectual Property

“This practice maintains a superb market reputation, offering expertise in a wide range of IP matters.”

We will help you protect IP assets from the moment an idea is born through its commercialization and later monitoring. That includes the negotiation and execution of R&D agreements, the establishment of R&D valleys, and the enforcement of IP protection.

Over the years, our lawyers have helped clients in many different sectors, such as biotechnology, nano-technology and satellite broadcasting, protect their copyrights, industrial designs, trademarks, and inventions.

We specialize in cross-border IP matters and have excellent expertise in IT and technology licensing. We have been awarded a Multiple Framework Service Contract to provide external expertise on intellectual property matters to the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs for four years.
