On 11 November 2015, an article on direct taxes in Estonia written by Linda Štrause, attorney at law and partner of “TGS Baltic” Riga office, in cooperation with Toomas Taube, attorney at law and partner of “TGS Baltic” Tallinn office, was published in the online journal iFinanses.

Since Estonia is one of the most significant export partners of the entrepreneurs in Latvia, the question of the Estonian tax system has always been topical in Latvia. The basic information about the types of Estonian direct taxes – corporate and personal income tax, social security and land tax, as well as unemployment insurance contributions, is indicated in the publication.
