TGS Baltic advised Chaga on its investment round on Funderbeam platform

TGS Baltic's team led by partner Kadri Kallas advised Chaga, an Estonian producer of organic food supplements, on its investment round on Funderbeam, a funding and trading platform which enables small investors to buy and sell equity stakes in private companies.

The advice included drafting and negotiating the shareholders’ agreement which included the full range of terms regulating the control over the company and possible scenarios for exit. In addition, articles of association and other corporate documents for the execution of the investment round were prepared.

The purpose of the investment round was to help fund R&D, product development, and expansion to new international markets, including Asian markets.

Chaga – an Estonian company producing premium organic food supplements based on natural ingredients, hand-harvested mainly from Estonian forests, and chaga mushroom being the key ingredient.
