Advising the Avia Solutions Group in acquiring GO Adventure, among the top 3 travel operators in Estonia, as part of its expansion in the Estonian travel agent’s market. The work included full LDD, deal documentation (including pledging the shares, loan agreements, etc.).
Representing Estonian Pharmacies Association in state aid complaint proceedings in the European Commission against the Republic of Finland in relation to alleged illegal state aid granted to Finnish pharmacy chain Yliopiston Apteekki and in appeal proceedings in the General Court.
